Mrs C Kantecki – FS2 Teacher & SLT

I initially started my teaching career at Hatfield Woodhouse in Year 2, moving into FS2 with Mrs Brooke. My degree is in Early Childhood studies so working with Early years is where my heart is. I love to see all of the different personalities and characters walk through our doors at the start of the year and watch them grow into inquisitive, well-rounded little individuals ready to start their learning journey through school. In my spare time I enjoy walking my dogs with my husband and daughter and holidays at any opportunity!

I have worked in school over 25 years and my own children and grandchildren have all been to our school. That means that 4 generations of my family have been to this school starting with Great Grandad! I've worked in FS2 for the majority of my time and with Mrs Kantecki for the past 9 years, loving every minute. I love my job and take satisfaction from helping little minds and personalities grow and develop into confident children as they move up through school. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with ever growing family and holidays in the sun.

I've been working at Hatfield Woodhouse Primary for 16 years and have managed in that time to expand my own learning to develop skills to help and support all our Woodhouse children. I'm a mum of 3 boys and adore spending time with my beautiful granddaughter.

I have been a teaching assistant at Hatfield Woodhouse Primary 2002. Both my husband and my son spent their school days here. I've worked throughout school from FS2 to Year 5 but mostly in KS1. In my spare time I love teaching modern jive and enjoy my downtime reading.

I trained at Hatfield Woodhouse Primary School and after a brief time at another school I was delighted to come back and join the Woodhouse team. I have 1 son and 1 daughter and love to spend time with my family. When I'm not either with my own children or my new HWPS class I enjoy walking and yoga!!

I have started my teaching journey with them, studying at Bishop Grosseteste University, in the hope to become a primary school teacher. I live on a farm not far away, therefore in my spare time I love taking care of our calves and little Jack Russell, Nelly.
