My Mum
Who hugs happily
Queen of the house
Loving and caring
Is scared of a mouse.
Who's a brownie making genius
Loves to cook
Smells like perfume
Always hooked in a book.
Who's a valentine, lovebomb
Always solves a sum,
Who is it?
I think it's you mum.

Rugby Update
28th March 2017 - Garforth AcademyThe Year 8 and Year 9 rugby teams were involved in away fixtures this afternoon against the BBG school in Birkenshaw, Bradford.
Both teams played with great endeavour and spirit against determined opposition. The Year 8 team lost to a well organised BBG team, but played well to cross the line to lift the spirits. Happily the Year 9 team enjoyed a convincing win; 47-0. The Year 9 team played some nice rugby crossing the line seven times, converting six.He told the children how builders, electricians, grounds people and anyone who works there has to wear lots of personal protection gear to help keep themselves safe.
The children enjoyed modelling some of the personal protection clothing and watched a video about a working building site and the dangers it could hold.
